Aromatase is an enzyme that is specifically used as a major step in regards to biosynthetic process of estrogens. As a primary member of cytochrome P450, they are used for catalysing a number of reactions that are part of steroidogenesis process. This is responsible to a great extent for incorporating an aroma into the androgens that are part of this estrogen. These enzymes are part of tissues such as adipose tissues, placenta, blood vessels, bone, skin and brain. Thus, on an overall basis, it is a very important factor of sexual development.
Functions of Aromatase:
On a general note, being located within endoplasmic reticulum, this Aromatase has a number of functions that are specifically associated with sexual activity of an individual. Special tests are being carried on with help of Mouse Aromatase ELISA Kit, to find out exact usage of this product in case of certain creatures.
Aromatase is used for regulating certain tissue specific factors, also, hormones and cytokines. This also has a very important role in differentiation of ovaries, which further helps in sex determination. It is also important to determine the levels of protection required in neutrons. Cytokine and interleukin are important for making sure that there is a good amount of Aromatase associated with it.
