Click to know importance of Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine in humans!

Proteins have a very important role to play in functioning of human body. Chemokines happen to be a specific family of proteins that activates a number of types of cells that increases response towards immune in human body. Within this domain, macrophage derived chemokine is specifically produced by dendritic cells and macrophages and are chemotactic in nature, specifically for monocytes. Encoded within the CCL2 gene, this Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine is a protein that shows its primary effects on its specific target cells, by interacting with receptors of chemokine specific proteins that are present on cell surface. What is most important regarding this protein is that it has been recently developed and further research is being dome in this domain.

Importance of Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine:

This, though newly developed has a very important role to play in chronic inflammatory cases, and dendritic lymphocyte and homing of these cells. Normally, this tissue is expressed in the thymus, and at times can selectively be found within localised cells that were within the medulla.

The Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine Elisa Kit has a very important role to play in trafficking of activated T lymphocytes, natural killer cells, cells that are dendritic in nature. Though it is clearly expressed, however, products that are microbial and cytokines that are specially developed regulate these to a great extent. There are a number of recent experiments that include a solid involvement of this Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine. It has its presence in treatment for HIV, presence in neoplasia, and a number of other pathological aspects.
