The kit employs competitive ELISA method. The microplate well is coated with antigen of Digoxin, the Digoxin in the sample will compete with the antibody of Digoxin to combine with the coated antigen. After adding the TMB, the labeled antibody will catalyze the TMB. The amount of Digoxin is inversely proportional to the O.D value.
