Principle
This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using Dot-immunogold method, to detect the antibody against Canine chlamydia in serum.

Reagents and contents

Test procedure
1. Dispense two 2 drops washing solution to the reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely.
2. Add 4 drops sample into reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely.
3. Remove the filter (red cover), and dispense two 2 drops washing solution to reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely.
4. Dispense 4 drops immunogold solution to reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely.
5. Dispense two 2 drops washing solution to reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely
