If the user do this assay for the first time, it is recommended to do a pre-test with two strips. A suggested plate format for pre-test is shown below. This plate format is just available for cell supernatant, tissue homogenate,urine or serum/plasm where the recommended dilution is not provided in the manual. The user may vary the location and type of wells present as necessary for each particular experiment.
